To upgrade to PlugTools, just log in with your account and order PlugTools.
Instead, you can also enter the mail address used for your previous orders at checkout.
The discount will be automatically applied based on the products you already own.
If you are not satisfied with any of our products you can request a refund.
No, there are no Black Friday sales.
We offer a 15% educational discount. Please use the contact form if you are a student or teacher at to apply for the discount.
LICENSE
You can find your licenses as follows:
- Login to your account page. If you don't have an account, create one with the same mail address you used for your purchases.
- Click the "Request Licenses and Download Links" button
You will now receive an email with all your active licenses and download links.
If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact me.
You may install any product on three systems you personally own.
You can de-activate a license from the Preferences window.
First check if your computer has a valid internet connection.
If you still get a message that the license server is offline, please try again at a later time. Most of the time this is just a temporary issue. You can also try connecting to a different network, for instance a hotspot created by your mobile phone.
