RELEASE NOTES

New in PlugTools 5.3.2

  • Fixes an issue where Art Conductor does not respond when selecting a track with the mouse

New in PlugTools 5.3.1

  • Set Panning Mode key commands : Three new actions in the Track Panning group:

    - Set Panning Mode to Stereo
    - Set Panning Mode to Binaural
    - Set Panning Mode to Balance

Open PlugTools › Preferences › Key Commands and assign a key to one of the three actions. When the Mixer is visible, the panning mode of all selected tracks is changed at once. With the Mixer closed, only the focused track is changed.

  • Plug-In Tags : You can now tag plug-ins and filter by them in both the Plug-Ins window and the search popover.

    In the Plug-Ins window:
Select one or more plug-ins, use the ‘+’ button in the tag cloud field at the right to add or remove tags. Control-click a tag pil to rename, change its colour, or remove it for all plug-ins carrying that tag. A new Tags column shows each plug-in's tags as coloured pills. Click a tag in the filter bar to limit the list to plug-ins carrying that tag.

    In the Plug-In search window:
Press # in the search field to open the tag picker, type to autocomplete, press Enter or click a tag to apply. Press the ‘+’ button in the filter bar to limit the list to plug-ins carrying that tag. The Plug-In Info panel (open it by using the right arrow on a Plug-In) shows the plug-in's tags. The + button opens a popover to add or remove tags
